Freo Half Marathon

DD and I ran the Fremantle half marathon yesterday (20/09/09).  It was hard and I am sore today but I am glad I did it.

I ran it in 2h 10m and DD ran it in 2h 2m.

    Well done Chris – yes it was great for us both to get the long run under the belt for this year. We’ve got some improvement left in us for next season though! Looking forward to it :)
